Athena started beading necklaces and bracelets for herself when she couldn't find the exact pieces she wanted from any other jewellery company. Her pieces started to gain attention amongst friends, family, and people just stopping her on the street! 

She realized that making jewellery for people brought her happiness and loved to see her pieces being worn by others. She then started Athena Jewels!
